MID-CAREER WOMEN & WOMEN LEADERS
Equipping women to leadwith judgment and influence.
BMGA Leadership Institute supports mid-career women as they navigate increasing responsibility, organisational complexity and leadership. Through executive learning, peer community, mentorship and exposure, the Institute strengthens the judgment, relationships and capabilities required to lead effectively and create institutional impact.

THE PROGRAMME
Three pillars, taught over six months.
01
Executive judgment
Deciding with incomplete information, under time pressure and in public. Taught through cases drawn from the region, not from Harvard.
02
Institutional navigation
How regulators, boards, ministries and funders actually behave — and how to move an agenda through them without spending your credibility.
03
Building what lasts
Succession, governance and the unglamorous architecture that lets an organisation survive the person who founded it.
WHO IT IS FOR
Women already carrying responsibility.
Senior women managers and directors
Eight to eighteen years in, with teams or budgets to answer for.
Women founders past first traction
Building the second layer of an organisation rather than the first.
Women in public and civic leadership
Working where progress is negotiated rather than instructed.
Foundation alumnae
Former Fellows who have reached the next stage of their careers.
