IN THEIR WORDS
Fellows on the programme
The program was challenging and super intense, yet worth every second of my time. The intensity of the program has helped me to build some healthy habits. Also, I am better prepared for the global work environment due to its rich, well-tailored and organized curriculum. Learning from top leaders and experts across relevant sectors was one of my major highlights.

My biggest takeaway from the program is the confidence boost that I have gotten. I used to have a habit of second-guessing myself. However, in one of the sessions we had with the Founder, she mentioned that we should do the thing that works 95% of the time and we'd succeed. I have applied this to a lot of things this year and have gotten this far.

The BMGA Fellows Program has been an immersive experience and I am very grateful to be a beneficiary. I was in a period of transitioning from school to work life and the program came just in time to launch me into this new phase of my life.

We were told it was going to be an intense program but nothing could have prepared me for the program's intensity. It was very intense yet completely worth it because I had the opportunity to be lectured by professors from top universities worldwide. The curriculum was holistic and tailored to equip me for unprecedented career growth.

Theresa Odey

My cultural identity has been redefined and I am proud to be an African. The Champions of Africa's History class demystified beliefs I held onto about my roles as an African woman. I now know that I do not have to compromise my femininity to be taken seriously.
