Talent is universal.Opportunity is not.
We believe talent exists everywhere, but access to quality education, professional networks, mentorship and opportunities is not equally distributed.
A woman’s background, nationality or socioeconomic circumstances should not determine the opportunities available to her.
BMGA Foundation works to bridge these gaps by connecting women to knowledge, expertise, relationships and experiences that might otherwise remain beyond their reach.

GIRLS & ADOLESCENT GIRLS
BMGA Sport Lab
Using sport as a platform to develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, communication and leadership, while helping girls build skills that extend beyond the playing field.
EARLY-CAREER WOMEN
BMGA Fellows Program
An intensive learning experience combining courses taught by leading academics and subject experts, executive coaching, peer-to-peer mentorship and cross-cultural collaboration.
The programme develops essential professional and life skills while connecting young women across countries, cultures and backgrounds.
MID-CAREER WOMEN & WOMEN LEADERS
BMGA Leadership Institute
Designed to strengthen leadership judgment, executive presence, strategic thinking and influence, equipping women to navigate complex professional environments and lead effectively.
