    2020 BMGA Fellow

Through the Vibrant Girls Development Initiative, a youth-led non-profit committed to the development of girls under the age of 20, Qaozara is continually paying it forward.

It gives me such pleasure to see female leaders graduate from BMGA Foundation's unique and transformative program each year. We're very proud of being able to support it from an early stage, and I see a vision for this program to expand enormously.

Dr Joanna Newman

Former Secretary General and CEO, Association of Commonwealth Universities

The BMGA Fellows Program was challenging, and super intense, yet worth every second of my time. … Frequent interaction with other ladies across various cultures and countries has made me more culturally and globally aware.

Temilade Adelakun

2021 BMGA Fellow · Associate Product Marketing Manager, Google

It was not evident until the BMGA Fellows Program that even investing a small part of your day for six months can make such a huge difference in your life. One becomes very confident to face any challenge.

Mahima Lalwani

2023 BMGA Fellow · Data Engineer, Dream11

It is so inspiring to see women take courses like the BMGA Fellows Program and take on leadership roles across the world.

Stephanie Jamieson

Executive Vice-President of Operations, Giants of Africa

My mentorship experience was a great value add to my professional journey and my career development. I have a clear understanding and context about my goals, job search and graduate school application.

Lucky Kaushik

2023 BMGA Fellow · Talent Acquisition Coordinator, American Express

The BMGA Fellows Program promotes cross-cultural interaction, women's empowerment, and lifelong learning — an excellent initiative indeed!

Shodona Kettle

Peer mentor · PhD Candidate, University College London

I'd liken this experience to having a couple of years truncated for me in a positive light. Because, in just five sittings, I have had the opportunity to assimilate a lot of nuggets from my coach.
